男業主平常喜歡炒股，在家的時間比較多，喜歡隨性自在的生活，也希望在現代的都市生活里有屬于自己的方寸天地，擁有精致而不失奢華的小格調。最后設計師決定在現代主義風格中尋找都市生活的格調，將小戶型注入都市靈魂，以自由和都市為主題，將黑色、木色、咖色、橙色貫穿其中，其次，將木飾面，不銹鋼，硬包等不同材質相結合，營造一種現代都市生活的時尚感。

● 原本戶型的客廳有個長長的飄窗，將其打掉，擴大客餐廳的面積。

● 將靠近客廳的衛生間墻面加長，延長電視背景墻的長度，同時也利用此位置也增加了兩個收納柜。

● 將主臥的空調外機的位置，納入室內，稍微改動，形成一個小書桌，用來辦公或者作為梳妝臺都可以。

● 本次案例最大的改動就是將原本的衛生間的位置進行改造，變成一個儲藏間，大大彌補了小戶型收納不足的問題。

玄關

形式追隨功能，決定住宅給人的第一印象的部分就是玄關，為了使其看上去整潔干凈，比起寬敞，其實收納力才是最重要的。

入戶門的左邊設置了隱形的儲物柜，右邊是鞋柜，底下懸空20公分，用來放置使用頻率高的鞋子，中間區域方便進門隨手放置包包手機等物品。

客 廳

這一世，我們是觀者，也是造境者。藝術在不斷開拓藝術家的邊界和觀者的邊界。由于客廳面積其實并不算大，所以我們選擇把原本在窗邊的雞肋的飄窗敲掉，整個空間一下子就增大了不少。采用輕盈的小邊幾和橙色大象椅，滿足客廳的多樣性。電視柜的左側安裝了一個電子壁爐，89平的家也瞬間有了質感。

As the living room area is not large, so we choose to knock off the chicken rib floating window by the window, and the whole space increases a lot. 整面電動天目簾，微微透光，若隱若現，原本冰冷的墻面配上木質電視柜和鑲嵌的電子壁爐，好似熊熊燃燒的生命之火，澆滅了寒冬的凌冽，迎來充滿生機的春天。

餐 廳

將原本的飄窗敲掉，擴大了餐廳的面積，巧妙利用非承重墻，做空間的加法，得到一面到頂酒柜。簡約別致的餐廳吊燈為整個餐廳增添不少氛圍，光從天目簾中透出，干凈且又敞亮。

客餐廳一體，摒棄繁雜的色彩，以極簡的色調傳遞家的溫度，低調而不失優雅。

廚 房

由于業主是與家中老人一起住，會經常在茶米油鹽中感受生活的苦辣酸甜，所以并未選擇做開放式的廚房，這樣做也能夠有效的隔絕油煙。As the owners live with the elderly, they often feel the bitterness and bitterness of life in tea, rice, oil and salt, so they did not choose to make an open kitchen, which can also effectively isolate oil fumes.

主 臥

設計師在燈光照明上，下了很大功夫，主臥采用無主燈設計，每個筒燈的位置都計算的恰到好處，且床頭做了一個隱形的燈帶，當燈光亮起時，整個臥室的氛圍感十足。

床頭采用硬包＋軟包的形式，低調而精致。飄窗的轉角位置巧以利用，做了一個書柜，將每一寸空間利用的淋漓盡致。

次臥是給父母準備的，咖啡色的床頭搭配黑色的床頭柜，簡約風的掛畫更是點睛之筆，整個空間雅致而又不失氣質。

The second bedroom is for parents. The coffee bed is matched with the black bedside table, and the simple hanging painting is the finishing touch. The whole space is elegant and not out of style.

衛生間

衛生間采用干濕分離，采用臺上盆的設計，簡潔大氣而又富有質感。

The toilet adopts dry and wet separation, and adopts the design of basin on the stage, which is simple, atmospheric and rich in texture.

Q:買這個房子有什么故事?

A:當時剛好G20，杭州樓市火熱，我和另外兩個同事去看的這個房子，他們當時吐槽太貴了沒買，現在一談到這件事腸子都悔青了，哈哈哈

Q:對家的構想:

A:家就是偌大的城市中真正屬于你的一個地方

Q:在家里最喜歡的地方和消遣方式是什么?

A:客廳，在地毯上陪孩子玩玩玩具，看看電視

Q:你最慶幸這次裝修做的哪些決定?

A:找了一個靠譜的設計師，脾氣超好，從裝修開始到結束整整一年，設計師都非常有耐心，盡職盡責的服務，為設計師點贊！

Q:裝修過程中有什么開心或者感動的事情?

A:老婆非常信任我，全程交給我去弄，不瞎摻和，不過很多東西我也會和她商量。

Q:裝修過程中是怎么考慮兒童房的?

A:兒童房裝修希望盡量治愈一些，還加了一些兒子喜歡的元素，比如火箭燈、星空墻布、動漫公仔擺件、可以畫畫的黑板墻等。

Q:請談談提高品位的必要條件?

A:多看優秀的案例和圖片，如果有朋友同時裝修的話大家多交流，可以共同提升品味，我的衛生間就是看了一個鄰居家的后才打算重新做的。

Q:請給即將裝修的朋友一點小建議吧

A:首先，裝修前要想清楚自己想要什么風格和功能，中間再改的話成本很高，就像我的衛生間一樣，瓷磚都買好了后面突然決定換一種風格，又重新買的瓷磚。其次，就是風格和審美盡量不要父母參與進來，老年人的審美和年輕人不一樣。最后，就是預算要留余地，因為裝修過程中會接觸到很多提升品質的東西，可能一不小心就剁手了。
