溪山步步開(kāi)圖障,山影更隨溪蕩漾 ——宋 劉子翚
本案靈感起于江南韻,設(shè)計(jì)從建筑與空間的功能指向?yàn)槌霭l(fā)點(diǎn)去考量,以設(shè)計(jì)的傾向性為潛藏的心理暗示手法,去主導(dǎo)人在空間中的動(dòng)線(xiàn)指引。人隨動(dòng)線(xiàn)行走于空間,心隨視覺(jué)遞進(jìn)空間的情緒體驗(yàn),共同達(dá)成了空間銷(xiāo)售功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)。Inspired by the Jiangnan Rhythm, Proceeding from the function orientation of architecture and space,With the design tendency as the concealed technique for psychological suggestion ,Guidance of dynamic line is offered for people placing themselves in the space.As people walk in the space along the dynamic line,Emotional experience of space is intensified as visual coverage grows,Thusthe concerted efforts giving to the spatial sales function
在審美意趣的達(dá)成上則以“江南”為立意,流水淙淙 煙雨小樓 山影重疊的韻味,以去顯性符號(hào)式的表達(dá),含蓄寫(xiě)意,隱喻人文,以現(xiàn)代的手法,自然的清雅,去注入江南之風(fēng)情,在細(xì)節(jié)處別出心裁,別生意趣。The aesthetic interest is centered around “Jiangnan”,To highlight the charm of flowing water, misty pavilion, and overlapping hill-shade,Ways of expression free of dominant symbol are used for the metaphor of humanity, like the implicit freehand brushwork,Modern techniques and natural elegance are applied to breathe life into the ethos of Jiangnan ,Originality in the details thus gives birth to unique fun.
空間與解構(gòu),動(dòng)線(xiàn)與美學(xué),功能與趣味,以此多重屬性逐步去遞進(jìn),共同將這一售樓空間的身心體驗(yàn),指向了歸屬感這一關(guān)鍵詞。Space and deconstruction, dynamic lines and aesthetics, function and fun,In a progressive unfolding of the multiple attributes ,Together, the point the physical and mental experience of this sales space,To the key word of belonging.
用結(jié)構(gòu)分解的手法,定性了空間的江南之韻。山影重疊及亭臺(tái)樓閣的連續(xù)性意向,隨空間行走的深入徐徐展開(kāi),不大張聲勢(shì),無(wú)大肆渲染,以寥寥幾筆江南寫(xiě)意的形態(tài),于現(xiàn)代的空間框架里言無(wú)盡,意橫游。A tree of beautiful and vigorous vitality at first sight,Defines the Jiangnan rhyme of the space.Overlapping hill-shade and the continuity of pavilions, terraces and pavilions,Spread slowly as the spatial walk advances,Not much fanfare, nor much playing up,A few strokes of Jiangnan freehand style,Give the modern spatial framework endless connotations.
曲徑通幽盡,豁然開(kāi)朗處。依據(jù)功能的區(qū)域劃分而形成的回路,是空間表達(dá)的明線(xiàn),依據(jù)視覺(jué)引導(dǎo)動(dòng)線(xiàn)則是心理與行動(dòng)牽引的暗線(xiàn),大至建筑空間,小到元素的轉(zhuǎn)折,以及體塊故意為之的動(dòng)線(xiàn)約束,皆是為這一主動(dòng)策劃來(lái)服務(wù)。極簡(jiǎn)的現(xiàn)代風(fēng),與自然氛圍的親近融于一堂,重新定義人與城市與自然的關(guān)系。行走于期間既有當(dāng)代簡(jiǎn)雅的藝術(shù)通感,亦有的鳥(niǎo)鳴山影間,風(fēng)撩枝葉動(dòng)的愜意體驗(yàn)。共同寓意著未來(lái)城居的風(fēng)向標(biāo),

潮玩雕塑既代表了空間的現(xiàn)代調(diào)性與意趣,第一眼便吸引著行走者的目光聚焦,同時(shí)也兼具視覺(jué)上的指向性,以其視線(xiàn)落腳為方向,引入下一個(gè)場(chǎng)景。從空間的探索到豁然開(kāi)朗可觀全貌,回字形動(dòng)線(xiàn)的“收”與“放”,秩序感與無(wú)邊界的行走多變,自成空間的韻律。每一個(gè)功能空間區(qū)各自獨(dú)立,而又并未阻斷彼此空間語(yǔ)境的溝通。

每一個(gè)視角的成像瞬間,都是當(dāng)時(shí)當(dāng)刻不同體驗(yàn)情緒的訴說(shuō)。視線(xiàn)與動(dòng)線(xiàn)的指引貫穿于整個(gè)空間,引起到訪者下一步行動(dòng)的傾向。黑白灰黃金色彩比例營(yíng)造出的高級(jí)感,以及黑色線(xiàn)條在梯形體塊之上形成的韻律感,都讓空間過(guò)渡充滿(mǎn)著吸引力與進(jìn)一步探訪的好奇心。呼應(yīng)的設(shè)計(jì)手法在空間內(nèi)外隨時(shí)可見(jiàn),大面積落地窗成全了室內(nèi)與室外的互聯(lián),一枝春的若隱若現(xiàn)始終在提點(diǎn)著空間之韻。空間中裸露的原頂是設(shè)計(jì)匠心的一部分,空間場(chǎng)景始終在為營(yíng)銷(xiāo)場(chǎng)景的體驗(yàn)而助力。對(duì)建筑體和空間的解構(gòu)與重組,讓空間形成了內(nèi)建筑的表達(dá)手法.

呈現(xiàn)出鏡頭構(gòu)圖的影像感。化境千疊,幽徑賦情,每一個(gè)視角的場(chǎng)景窺視,都可成為空間中獨(dú)具江南詩(shī)韻的藝術(shù)裝置。鏡面的多處運(yùn)用解鎖了空間的無(wú)限生長(zhǎng),室內(nèi)場(chǎng)景的延伸增加了空間的維度與格局感,在有限的空間里創(chuàng)造出無(wú)限的視覺(jué)感。以鏡中的窺視鏈接情緒化學(xué)反應(yīng),實(shí)像與鏡像在空間中的交織互動(dòng),增加了空間體驗(yàn)的神秘感與趣味性。意趣是整個(gè)空間品位的基調(diào),大到空間框架上虛實(shí)相生的視覺(jué)張力,小到充滿(mǎn)藝術(shù)感的飾品雕塑,每一種寫(xiě)意氛圍的植入,都是為空間的情緒個(gè)性來(lái)助興。
